Primary Section (K-3) - Hemi Rambha - Hemi took home his first city championship as the only player to achieve a perfect 5-0 score all weekend.
Elementary Section (K-6) - Dhruv Chandra - Dhruv also walked away undefeated with four wins and one draw to win back-to-back city championship titles in the elementary. It is his third title in a row dating back to when he was in the 3rd grade.

High School Section (K-12) - Alexander Qin - Alexander has now scored a city champion title in the Primary, Elementary, Jr High and High School section. He is only the second player in NCC history to achieve this unthinkable accomplishment.
Open Section (All Ages) - National Master Esad Elezaj and FIDE Master Todd Andrews - The only section with a tie all weekend. Both players scored 4/5 to become co-champions. Esad has lived in Nashville since the early 90's and has always been a strong master. Esad also actively coaches in Nashville.
